Where the work leaks

You bought software to be more efficient.
Why is the office staff still doing manual work?

Your scheduling, invoicing, accounting, phones, email, and field-service software may all work fine. The problem is usually manual work that happens between systems.

Lead comes in.

Nobody responds fast enough. You lose the lead.

Estimate goes out.

Nobody follows up. You lose the sale.

Technician finishes.

Notes stay on the phone. More manual processes, cost time.

Customer calls.

No one answers. They call your competitors next. You lose the lead.

Office staff copy the same information.

The systems work but with a manual handoff. Time is money.

Owners shouldn't need to remember, chase, copy, or reconnect processes every day.
If that's you, that's the workflow to inspect first.

What JCG Ops fixes

Fix the handoff, not the whole system.

JCG Ops maps how work moves through your business, finds the manual handoffs costing the most time or missed revenue, and automates the highest-value one first.

Reduce office work

  • Follow-up
  • Status updates
  • Job documentation
  • Data entry
  • Routine handoffs

Recover missed revenue

  • Slow lead response
  • Missed-call follow-up
  • Estimate follow-up
  • Forgotten opportunities
  • Delayed invoicing

Reduce owner dependence

  • Scheduling exceptions
  • Information hunting
  • Manual approvals
  • Customer updates
  • “Did anyone handle this?”

The goal is less work, not more software.

How it works

JCG Ops Optimization

Ongoing monitoring, improvements, and small workflow enhancements.

Currently $500 to $1,500/month depending on scope and complexity.

Month to month. No long term commitment.

Current test offer: If you move forward with implementation within 30 days, the $1,000 Operations Audit fee is credited toward the implementation.

Who it’s for

Built for owner-led service businesses.

JCG Ops is currently focused on service companies where owners are close enough to operations to personally feel the pain.

Good fit

Primary trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home-service businesses.

Best fit: Roughly 5 to 25 employees.

Also relevant: Newer 1-to-5-person service teams that want cleaner workflows before adding office overhead.

Not the fit

  • Large enterprise transformation programs.
  • A company looking for another full CRM.
  • Replacing a working field-service platform without a business reason.

Examples

What can we automate?

These are examples, not prepackaged software products.
The right project depends on where your operation is losing the most time or money.

Lead to response

BeforeCall or form → Inbox → Someone remembers → Manual follow-up
AfteR AUTOMATIONLead captured → Routed → Follow-up triggered → Response tracked

Estimate follow-up

BeforeEstimate sent → Spreadsheet or memory → Follow-up depends on someone remembering
After AUTOMATIONEstimate On Site → Follow-up scheduled → Response tracked → Owner sees exceptions

Field notes to office

BeforeTechnician texts notes → Office rewrites them → Invoice waits
After AUTOMATIONTechnician note → Structured job record → Office-ready information → Next action triggered

Customer status

BeforeCustomer calls → Office checks job → Office texts technician → Office calls customer back
After AUTOMATIONJob status changes → Customer update triggered → Office handles only exceptions

Why JCG Ops

You don't need another platform.

JCG Ops starts with the software and workflows you already have. We look for the manual work that remains around them and fix the expensive gaps first.

Keep what works.

We don't replace software simply to create a project.

Fix one valuable problem first.

Start with the workflow tied to the most time, revenue, repetition, or frustration.

Measure the result.

Hours saved, leads recovered, response time, estimate turnaround, status calls reduced, or time to invoice.

Scope and pricing are agreed in writing before implementation starts.

Measurement

If we can't measure a business result,
we don't recommend a project.

Lead response time
Estimate turnaround
Missed leads recovered
Administrative hours reduced
Customer status inquiries reduced
Time from job completion to invoice
Revenue tied to recovered opportunities

The metric depends on the workflow selected. JCG Ops does not promise a specific result before baseline measurement.

Local, direct, and close to the work

Start with the workflow.

JCG Ops is based in South Florida working with owner-led service businesses.

You'll work through the Workflow Assessment, Operations Audit, solution design, and implementation scope.

We'll use AI where it creates value. We'll use simpler automation if its a better answer.

Straight answers

Questions before we start.

Do I need to replace my current software?

Usually no. JCG Ops starts by understanding what you already use and where manual work still exists around it. If a current system already solves the problem well, we will use it.

What happens in the free Workflow Assessment?

We spend 15-30 minutes on the one operational process you dislike. The goal is to determine whether there is a meaningful problem worth investigating.

What is the $1,000 Operations Audit?

The Audit maps the workflow, identifies the highest-value operational gaps, and gives you a written implementation plan and fixed price. Under the current test offer, the Audit fee is credited toward the implementation if you proceed within 30 days.

What does implementation cost?

Most first automation installs are currently scoped in the $5,000 to $7,000 range after the Operations Audit but can get as high as $20K if the problem is severe or complex. The exact number depends on the workflow, systems, integrations, and scope.

How long does implementation take?

The target is to get the first high-value automation creating value within 2 to 4 weeks where the technical scope supports it. You receive the actual timeline in writing before implementation starts.

Is this a long-term contract?

No forced long-term optimization contract. Ongoing JCG Ops Optimization is month to month and has to keep earning its place.

Is JCG Ops another CRM or field-service platform?

No. JCG Ops works around the tools you already use whenever practical. We focus on workflows that are driving cost, and require people to chase, copy, remember, or reconnect a process manually.

Do you only work with HVAC companies?

No. JCG Ops can work with any owner-led service businesses where many of the operational patterns and challenges are similar.
