These are the terms for using this website. They are short because the site is short. The agreement for actual work is a separate document we put in writing before anything starts.

What this site is

This site describes what JCG Ops does. It is information, not an offer and not a contract. Nothing on it creates an obligation on either side.

Pricing

The 15-minute Workflow Assessment is free. If you choose to continue, any Operations Audit, implementation, or ongoing optimization work is described and priced in writing before work starts. Prices shown on this website are current commercial guidance, not a binding quote. The written scope and price you accept for your project control.

No guarantee of results

We describe the kinds of problems we work on, but we do not promise a particular number of calls, jobs, estimates, hours saved, or dollars recovered. Any examples on this site are illustrations, not a forecast of your results.

Your tools and your accounts

We design into the software you already use. Those accounts stay yours. You keep control of them, you keep paying for them directly, and you can carry on without us. We are not responsible for what those companies do, change or charge.

Other companies' names

We name products such as ServiceTitan, Jobber and Housecall Pro so you know what we work with. Those names belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with them, endorsed by them, or acting for them.

Our content

The text, images and layout on this site belong to JCG Ops. You are welcome to read it, print it and send it to a colleague. Please do not republish it as your own.

Limits on our liability

We keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is error free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that follows from using this website, such as lost business or lost profit. This does not limit anything the law says cannot be limited.

Which law applies

Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Broward County, Florida.

Changes

If we change these terms, we change the date at the top.
