Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call us and ask.

This site is run by JCG Ops, based in South Florida and currently focused on Broward County.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form and choose to send:

• Your name
• Your company
• Your email address
• Your phone number, which is optional
• Your trade
• Your approximate field team size
• Whatever you write in the message box
• What software you use today, if you choose to tell us

That is the whole list. There are no accounts to create on this site and nothing to pay for here.

What we do not collect

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no session tracking of any kind. We do not know who visits, how often, or what you looked at.

The company that hosts this site keeps ordinary server logs, the way every web host does. Those logs sit with the host and we cannot see them.

Who else sees what you send

Two companies handle your message on the way to us:

• Formspree, Inc. receives the form and forwards it to our email.
• Google Workspace hosts the mailbox that receives it.

Nobody else. We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We have no arrangement with anyone that would let them use it for their own purposes.

How we use it

To reply to you, and to talk with you about whether we can help your business. If you become a customer, we use it to do the work. That is all.

Calls and text messages

The phone number field is optional. If you give us a number, you are telling us we may call or text you about the message you sent. If we text you, reply STOP and the texts end. You can also just tell us on the phone and we will note it.

How long we keep it

If we end up working together, we keep your details for as long as we are doing business and for the period our records and taxes require after that.

If we do not, we delete your message and your details within 24 months of our last contact.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We do this within 30 days and we do not charge for it. There is no hoop to jump through and no form to fill in. An email is enough.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change it, we change the date at the top of this page. We do not make changes retroactive to information you already sent us.
